Staff General/ Gamal Shehata, The Chief of Research and Planning Authority at the Ministry of Defense Has honored October 6 University by the Shield of Excellence which was received by Ambassador Dr. Kheireldin Abellatif, Former Assistant Foreign Minister and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of International Strategies and Cultural Relations, in the closing ceremony of the Eighth Annual Exhibition of Military Cultures (Panorama of October War 1973) that was held on 14/10/2015.
