· The SOU know the importance of the presence of hospital and consider this on of it’s educational mission as one of the main construction, so it construct it to introduce the educational services for the students of faculty of medicine and the excellent therapeutic services for all students of SOU.
· The Hospital constructed on 45000 square meters and it contains all the medical therapeutic specialists and the assistant services.
Community Services
The hospital considers the community services part of its main mission and its future vision in services of our country. So it Shares in these services through the medical convoys, the educational department which introduce all excellent medical services for all of public health and services in other department in the hospital with marked discount for the civil and services associations.

The hospital of SOU was constructed inside the SOU to complete the role of faculty of medicine which introduces educational, training & therapeutic services.
- These services presented by the hospital through the educational OPC which operate all over the week except Friday in all specialists under supervision of professors & attendance of the residents.
- Also the educational department which prepared on high level with 36 beds capacity.
- This department is supervised by professors of faculty of medicine in different specialists.
- Also, it is introducing its educational and training services through lab & Radiology department in which of them training of faculties of medicine and applied medical services students under supervision of professors of both departments.
- The hospital also contains training skills lab in which training of students and franchise doctors occur and it contains the most modern technology dolls & equipments under supervision of one of professor of SOU.
- Also, it contains the faculty of dentist in which teaching and training through the lectures halls and training labs which prepared with the most modern technology equipments.
- The hospital contains the faculty of physiotherapy with its clinic which equipped with high level technology and it's introducing the educational services for students & public.
- It contains faculty applied medical science which introduce gradates in specialist unique radiology, labs and nursing.
- Another role in training of doctors and nurses inside hospital and all of them were students in the faculties of medicine, pharmacy, dentist and applied medical sciences during franchise year.
- Inside hospital, there is special unit for infection control in which training of doctors, nurses & trainees and assistant of medical services for application of IC procedures.
