The Department of Pediatric Dentistry, in cooperation with the Department of Oral Medicine and Periodontology at the college, and with the participation of the College of Applied Arts, organized an awareness campaign as part of the activities to celebrate World Oral Health Day in accordance with the student activities plan. The target group was students from various colleges at October 6 University. All publications used in the campaign were designed and prepared by college students from different levels. The fifth-level students in the pediatric dentistry and oral health course provided advice and guidance to students of different colleges about the importance of brushing teeth and maintaining oral health.
They also conducted a questionnaire to measure the knowledge, behaviors, and practices of college students about oral and dental health as part of the requirements of the pediatric dentistry curriculum.
The students were also interested in creating a state of entertainment, as they prepared a question and answer section and presented some symbolic gifts.
The campaign received the approval of all students, as well as faculty members from various colleges, and they thanked those responsible for it.
