The Community Service and Environmental Development Sector at the College of Engineering organized the second scientific conference of the College of Engineering
 
In the presence of Dr. Mostafa Mounir - Head of the Executive Board of the General Authority for Tourism Development, Advisor to the Minister of Housing - Prof. Dr. Diaa Khalil, Director of the Innovation Support Fund, and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University - Eng. Sherif Hamdy, Representative of the Arab Contractors, and Director of the Company’s Training Center

The conference holds Egypt's vision in (sustainable engineering and technological innovation)
 
On Monday, April 29, 2024, in Room 1126, in the presence of a group of department heads from the College of Engineering, faculty members, the supporting staff, and college students.
The conference was opened by Dr. Ismail Mohamed Hafez, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Conference, in his speech in which he praised all the faculty members, the supporting staff, and the students. He also pointed out the importance of keeping up with technological development, and the necessity of students’ projects being directed towards it. Dr. Mustafa Mounir also gave a lecture on “Egypt’s vision for tourism development projects.” In the presence of the distinguished guests from outside the college, the teaching staff, the supporting staff, and the students
 
  Then, we moved to the exhibition for all college departments (Construction Engineering - Mechatronics Engineering - Architectural Engineering - and Electrical Engineering), and the best projects of the college students were displayed in front of the College of Engineering building (the college courtyard), and the student projects participating in the exhibition at the level of all departments were inspected.
 
The day also ended with a discussion of scientific research at the conference in the private halls of each department in the college.
