A symposium at the Sports Club in 6th of October City entitled (Osteoporosis and Menopause)

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Gamal Samy, President of the University, Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Abdul Latif Sobhi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sports Club, and Prof. Dr. Amr Nadim, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Azza Al-Gharib, Vice Dean of the College for Community Service Affairs, the College’s Community Service Committee, in cooperation with the Sports Club in 6th of October City, organized a symposium entitled (Osteoporosis and Menopause) targeting the club’s male and female members. Its headquarters was in the wedding hall on the ground floor of the club. Present at the symposium was Prof. Ahmed Hussein, Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The symposium also included an open discussion with the attendees and answers to their questions and inquiries. This symposium is the third in a series of symposiums organized by the college’s Community Service Committee in cooperation with the club’s board of directors to raise health awareness among the club’s members and pioneers out of belief in the role of the Faculty of Medicine, October 6 University, in enlightening.
