My dear students

            In year 1996, the faculty of Economics and Management of October 6 University was established. Since that time, this faculty has become the leader and most prominent among other faculties in the similar universities. I hope that this faculty will maintain its reputation and leadership in the future.

            The faculty of Economics and Management was designed and established in order to achieve and satisfy the qualifications needed for our society for well-qualified graduates in Accounting, Management, Economics and Political Science, with perfect capability in their majors, language and computer.

            The students in this faculty are classified into smaller groups in order to encourage open discussion, close relationships between the students and the staff members, support the collaborative participation in projects and exposure to modern learning techniques.

            Most of graduated students from this faculty occupy now many important positions at well-known companies, banks, and other industrial or service organizations inside and outside of Egypt. That is why this faculty has a very good image in the3 educational field.

            I am really sure that the faculty of Economics and Management’s students do their best to continue their studies successfully, to be remarkable and honorable representatives for the faculty of Economics and Management in October 6 University.
