The duration of the film does not exceed (10) minutes.Participation in short films includes (documentary - fiction - animation) Any available camera can be used (mobile camera), taking into account the quality of sound and imageThe festival focuses on the vision of young people and contestants on topics and issues such as: addressing the biography or life of a hero of the armed forces or one of the symbols of the province in any field of art - literary - scientific – sports. It may also address one of the challenges facing society such as: environmental pollution - preservation of drinking water - child labor - illegal migration. Submissions do not include movies that are made by professional director. The movie should be submitted on a flash drive.
The work should be original and creative. It should not be adapted from another work. Submissions that do not follow instructions will be excluded from the competition
The film should not be submitted in any competitions or festivals before. It should not also be uploaded on line. The work should be received by Thursday, 21/11/2019 at the Department of Youth Welfare.
