All graduating students (Non Egyptians)
Should submit a copy of a valid passport, and (form 40) from the Department of Passports and Immigration, to the Department of the Military Education, on the ground floor, in the administrative building, in order to get the official approval of their exemption from the military education, so that they may be able to graduate.
