Youth Welfare Department organizes Drawing Competition at the University Romanian theater on Monday, 18/04/2016.
Terms of the competition:
1. Portrait Drawing
2. Use an open-drawing tools (pencil - colors - Charcoal ....... etc)
3. Attendance in time
4. Drawing within the specified time only
Those who wish to participate in the competition are kindly requested to register at Youth Welfare Department.
