O6U decided to offer scholarships for sons and daughters of police martyrs for studying in any of its faculties. Recent and former police commissioners were provided with awards. The ceremony was attended by the Assistant to the Minister of Interior, Maj. Gen. Osama Al-Ras and President of the university, Prof. Ahmed Ateia Seida.
