Asst.Prof.Dr/ Samir Osman (Supervisor of Pharmacognosy Department) uses the method of "Learn Today - Apply Today" which is an educational method based on the actual application of what the student learns thus the student is the focus of the educational process and applies what he learned and also having creativity. This method is an easy and simple way within the available possibilities and creates new job opportunities for pharmacists, especially in the field of raw materials for industry, such as the manufacture of fixed and volatile oils. Through this method the student acquires many skills such as team work, self-learning, love of learning and creativity.
Based on this, 1st year students introduced applicable activities for what they learned in "Botany course" on Thursday, 4/5/2017, where a number of faculty members attended to encourage the students and understand their applications.
